Zara stores to open in Moscow’s 20 malls under new brand Maag

MOSCOW, Apr 5 (PRIME) -- The stores of apparel brand Zara, owned by Spain’s Inditex, will open soon under the Maag brand in 20 malls of Moscow and the Moscow Region, as seen by PRIME on Maag’s website on Wednesday.

Deputy Trade and Industry Minister Viktor Yevtukhov said earlier that the government had approved the sale of Inditex’s Russian business, including Zara stores, to Fashion and More Management DMCC company “with an office in one of the friendly states.”

Inditex’s stores will soon open in Russia under the Maag, Dub, Ecru, and Vilet brands.
